When Covid hit, we lost the majority of our contracts due to events being canceled. As a new company, we didn't yet have the recognition or client base needed to sustain in the market and knew we needed to make a switch to B2B sales. But we didn't have a large marketing or sales team dedicated to making connections and outreach. Postal catapulted us into the B2B market. We've done over $5k in business with postal since December 2021 and we're looking forward to growing our offerings with them in the future. Because we have experience with Postal, we've also been able to reach out to other markets and industries and are seen as credible.

Postal has been a godsend. On the Sales Development front, our SDRs have doubled the amount of booked meetings with Postal. Postal gifts help us cut through the noise and demonstrate to the prospect that we've done our research and this isn't just automated spam. We also use Postal to do incentive fulfillment in our UserEvidence product - incentivizing survey respondents to take surveys and leave G2/Gartner/Trustradius reviews. I used to have to do the incentive fulfillment manually, but now Postal has saved me over 6 hours a week automating that process.
